We digitalize logistics!

As one of the leading software companies for logistics, DAKOSY has been offering digital solutions for international freight forwarding and customs clearance as well as supply chain management for more than 40 years.

In addition, DAKOSY operates the Port Community System (PCS) for the Port of Hamburg and the Cargo Community System (FAIR@Link) for Frankfurt and Hamburg Airports, which are accessible to any company via open and flexible EDI interfaces and web applications. We manage our software packages and platforms in our own high-availability data centers.

Our headquarters are located in Hamburg and we have offices in Bremen (with CargoSoft), Frankfurt and Konstanz.

We provide expert advice and support for all customers. We assist you not only during the decision-making and implementation phase but also through to the operation of our software.

CO2 compensation certificate

After determining our carbon footprint for 2021 for the first time, we also determined it for 2022 and were able to make a further contribution to counteracting climate change by offsetting it. Since June 13, 2023, we have had the CO2 offset certificate for 2022 and are thus climate-neutral in accordance with the global Verified Carbon Standard for CO2 accounting.

We want to exploit the potential of digitisation along national and international transport chains for our customers. Therefore DAKOSY participates in the successful implementation of research and development projects - mostly with renowned partners from business and science. This often involves supplementing or replacing physical logistics processes with digital solutions, revolutionising business models or changing structures.

More than 3,000 clients worldwide use DAKOSY´s state-of-the-art data centres for their electronic business communication. These companies include world famous trading houses, industrial enterprises, freight forwarders, airlines, airports, handling agents, shipping companies, container terminals, liner agents, intermodal carriers and various authorities (customs, water police, eg.)

All DAKOSY solutions are operated through two data centers in Germany and can be used by our customers via SaaS (Software as a Service) or as a cloud service. The two data centers designed for rendundant services ensure constant access to all systems. Our experienced staff specializes in the operation of all network, storage and server systems. With our extensive technical and organizational processes, we ensure the security of your data at all times.
